Responsibilities
Technical Skills
-ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator, etc.)
-Dimensional data modeling (MOLAP, ROLAP, NoSQL databases)
-SQL (denormalizing relational structures, analytics queries)
-BI Reporting/Dashboarding
-User Interface design
-Portal technologies
-Familiarity with performance testing strategies/techniques
-Familiarity with hardware sizing
-Java programming
-Web programming

Communication Skills:
-Ability to evangelize product capabilities through demos and slides
-Teach core concepts and applied skills of Endeca technology
-Consult with clients to understand business pains, functional, and non-functional requirements
-Oversee and manage the efforts of a distributed team
-Identify product feature gaps and communicate requirements to product development
-Engage with senior executives

Prior Experience:
- Roles: Consultant, Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Architect, Developer
-Domains: BI, Search, Enterprise Software
-Level of experience: 5 years minimum
-Companies: Global Systems Integrator, Enterprise Software, Business Intelligence Software

Qualifications
This position is the lead position for our search solution. Preferably the ideal candidate will have experience with Endeca as the primary search tool for a high volume, date intensive consumer facing website. As an alternative we would consider a candidate with equivalent experience in Solr Lucene.
