Associate Director – Debt Capital Markets recruitment
In this role, you will work alongside senior members in the team and be involved in debt origination and derivation solutions which include idea generation, marketing, structuring and execution of public and private debt transactions. You will cover a comprehensive range of debt products including public bonds and structured private placements, syndicated loans, acquisition financing, convertible bonds etc.
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a degree in Finance / Banking Finance / Economics with about 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in DCM or Fixed Income origination. You will need to have a high degree of proficiency in both written and spoken English. Good knowledge of Microsoft office and financial modelling is essential.
