Associate Director – Mid Market Advisory Boutique – London recruitment
During a time of austerity there are very few companies solid enough to be in a position to hire, however as a result of outstanding relationships and a strong pipeline for 2012, our client is one of those that are in a position to do so. As a result they are looking for an Associate Director to join their already successful team and use your extensive lead advisory experience to add to the deal flow of the business.
You will ideally have been trained within a chartered accountancy firm and whilst an ACA qualification is preferred, it’s not essential as long as you have a proven track record within lead advisory. This is a very hands on entrepreneurial opportunity that will require you to lead a transaction from start to finish. You will be expected to originate opportunities, build the models, create the pitches, negotiate with lawyers buyers and close the deal, as a result you will be rewarded accordingly for your success.
To be considered for the role you must possess the following;
- Accountancy trained background
- Significant lead Advisory experience
- A track record of originating and closing deals
- Experience of running transactions from start to finish
- Strong modelling skills
- The ability to negotiate at all levels
- Entrepreneurial drive
- ACA qualification preferred but not essential
