My client is a specialist debt advisor across PPP, infrastructure, resources, energy and utilities. This team is headed up but some of the most well regarded leaders in the Sydney market. Based on continued success and growth they are looking to add an Associate Director to their team.
Reporting to a Director your role will include financial structuring, pricing and commercial / legal negotiation, both for projects under bid and projects awarded and in construction or operation; liaising with internal and external sources of debt; making a meaningful contribution to both origination and execution of deals; oversight and leading of company valuations.
To be considered you will have spent a meaningful amount of time as an Associate Director (or equivalent) within a debt advisor or debt and equity advisor with a project finance speciality. You will have some sector coverage across PPP, infrastructure, resources, energy and utilities. You will have produced derivative valuation models (options, swaps and forward), debt models and have assessed DSCRs, cashflow waterfalls, account structures, taxation and accounting treatments.
