Associate Director
You will manage a portfolio of existing leveraged loans as well as working on the execution of new transactions; there is plenty of opportunity to work closely with senior leveraged finance originators.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing an existing portfolio of leveraged loans.
• Execution of new leverage finance transactions.
• Due diligence including detailed credit analysis on new transactions and annual reviews on existing credits.
• Work closely with business originators on new transactions.
Who we are looking for:
You will have a strong track record from a relevant institution in Leverage Finance, from either a portfolio management, transaction execution, origination or leveraged credit role.
*** Note: there are two roles available including a 12 months+ contract maternity leave cover role and a permanent role***
The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong track record in leveraged finance from either a portfolio management, transaction execution, origination or leveraged credit role.
• Strong transaction execution and portfolio management skills.
• Strong credit analysis skills.
