Associate Director
You will have proven ability in handling projects from proposal to debrief, ability to manage several projects at any one time, leading project teams and effectively delegating work to execs / juniors. You must be confident pro-active with clients, able to communicate clearly and effectively on projects, nurture on-going relationships between projects and trouble-shoot in difficult situations.

- Strong project management and client communication
- Outstanding moderation
- Strong and strategic analysis skills
- Clear engaging debrief writing
- Evidence of being able to simultaneously handle multiple projects at various stages of completion
- Proven ability to build client relationships and showing potential to form long-lasting client relationships
- International research experience
