Full Job Description

- Manage a portfolio of client relationships within own Service Line, according to specialism and expertise.
- Manage the performance of Service Line team to deliver agreed business plan goals and targets.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the Global Service Line Strategy and contribute to the development of robust business plans in the relevant core Service Line area.
- Contribute to the Service Line leadership team function and in doing so, ensure adherence to Group values.
- Contribute to the achievement of Service Line specific business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships and active contribution to cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as director of companies administered by the firm operating companies in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
- Deliver effective leadership and management of Service Line team in accordance with Group values and with agreed policies and procedures which are compliant with current laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the delivery of allocated client Service Line meets agreed service standards and are compliant with agreed risk management policies, procedures and practices.

- Contribute to the effective development of regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures in relation to specified Service Line.
- Deliver effective communication within a

- JFSC Category A employee, holding a Table 4 qualification
- Broad understanding of the wide range of Fiduciary products
- Detailed, in depth understanding of the specific offerings within the allocated Global Service Lines
- Team leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand, inspire and develop others
- Effective communicator
- Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions
- Significant financial services industry experience with a particular emphasis on the outsourced investment funds administration market.
- High level of business acumen and commerciality.
- Ability to gain commitment of others and used to operating and interacting with Board level colleagues.
- Existing network of industry clients and contacts
- Results driven
