Responsibilities:
In this position you are responsible both for leading the team and for the unobstructed processing of all finance-relevant affairs relating to the Company Account and Merchant Agreement for Switzerland, Austria and the Global Reach markets.
Monitoring the payment behaviour of our international corporate clients, granting sufficient credit limits appropriate to their needs and creditworthiness, and minimising our financial risks are important elements of your responsibilities.
Furthermore, you take all necessary measures to minimise our risks for loan defaults which includes evaluating bank enquiries, trading information, press releases and annual financial statements.
Booking and assigning incoming payments, initiating dunning processes and late fee processes, as well as all other activities associated with accounts receivable are also areas of your responsibility.
You coordinate the tasks and responsibilities within the team and collaborate with internal and external interfaces. In addition, you continuously optimise processes in close coordination with our product and sales departments to ensure smooth implementation and to develop key data and statistics.
Required skills:
As well as a commercial education or a degree in business administration you have several years of professional experience – preferably in the financial sector, respectively in claim management.
You have hands-on experience in leading teams and excellent negotiation skills. Despite strong assertiveness, you are an excellent team player.
You understand the operational sequences for our products and ideally, you are knowledgeable in the use of CS/2 and Easy and related systems.
Excellent written and spoken English skills and proficiency in the use of a PC and MS application software are musts. Any other language in which you are fluent is a plus.
