Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Alliance Management, this experienced program manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Dyax’s relationships with our external partners.

Essential Functions
• Main point of contact for Dyax alliances.
• Integrate with cross functional internal teams to prepare for interactions with our partners and to help determine, plan, and track strategic direction and budgets on multiple programs.
• Create value-added analyses, specialized reports, and other critical tools needed for key business processes such as business planning, strategic planning, long-range financial planning and portfolio prioritization.
• Partner with Finance to ensure reconciliation and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Field various day-to-day issues arising from collaborations.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of alliance management experience
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience
• College degree required; Graduate degree preferred
• Strong PC skills; Microsoft Project and Excel a must
• Some travel required
