Associate Director Capital Markets recruitment
Key Role purpose:
International DCM
• Originate STG, EURO CHF Bond and MTN issues and also US PP issues from the Bank's Client base
• Specific emphasis on Infrastructure Bond Issuance and Infrastructure Whole Business Securitisations
• Originate Loan Syndication mandates across the Bank's Client base
• Cultivate both the bank and non bank investor base for Infrastructure Debt.
Securitisation
• To have responsibility for the Origination and Syndication coverage of the Securitisation product in the UK
• Work collaboratively with the Bank's Securitisation Franchise and International Counterparts to deliver transactions for the Bank
Non Traded Asset Portfolio
• To have responsibility for Non Traded Asset Portfolio with the main task of building the portfolio to an average size of £300m
• To promote churn within the Portfolio so that 33% of the portfolio churns each year. This is to be managed by working with Credit Sales and by also growing private debt (loan) sales
• Work in conjunction with Junior Team members to maintain portfolio in adherence with Credit and Administrative procedures.
Characteristics required:
• Ability to exhibit flexibility across a number of diverse capital markets products
• To develop junior staff members capabilities and be a strong role model for those junior staff members
• To work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders to deliver revenue for Capital Markets - Europe and ultimately the Bank's shareholders
• To work collaboratively with the other team members in CM - Europe including sharing and opining on ideas and assisting other team members in achieving their goals.
