Associate Director, Cash Payment Product Manager recruitment

Our client, a fully integrated financial institution, is at the forefront of cash and treasury management and payment solutions. They are seeking a Associate Director, Global Payments Product Manager to join their growing Asian business and pioneer emerging payment initiatives.

As the global payments product manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new payments capabilities are introduced to the market and successfully rolled out across the globe. Not only will you be a strategic thinker, you will be skilled at identifying market and industry trends and driving your client's capabilities to take advantage of these opportunities. As the product manager you will work on client deals focused on Domestic Payments covering both cross-border domestic payments and will be required to represent the bank at conferences, internal and client events. You will also support your cross functional partners including Product development, Operations, sales, solution delivery, and technology.

Key Role and responsibilities
-Drive new capabilities for payments across the bank network including card payments, mobile money, ecommerce and other emerging payment channels.
-Ensure new payment capabilities are scalable and market-leading
-Drive incremental revenue related to domestic payments
-Deliver on mobile channel based domestic payments as a strategic capability
-Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the highest levels of product readiness
-Create and manage a global business using product management discipline including PL creation/management, market/competitive survey, product development and management of the entire client experience across the client's network.

Qualifications and skills
-Possess working experience in Transaction banking,
-Experience with high visibility product management
-Experience with Cards/Mobile money/eCommerce a plus
-Strong project management skills
-Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
-Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
