The Client
Our client is a non-bank financial institution providing a wide range of financial and advisory solutions.
The Position
- Instrumental in promoting Debt Syndication, Corporate and financial advisory and other lending capabilities.
- Origination and execution of transactions include cross border deals.
The Candidate
- 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in origination
- Specialisation in private investment, private equity, family office and MA.
- In-depth knowledge of SE Asia Market including market policy, regulation and legal requirements
- Experience in executing cross border transactions would be a plus
- Strong network with banks and institutional investors is essential
