Associate Director – Corporate Finance recruitment
They seek an Associate Director of Corporate Finance for their team and to perform the following responsiblities:
- Deal origination and execution of corporate finance projects including pre-IPO investment assessment, IPO, equity fund raising and financial advisory.
- Develop new businesses and handle corporate finance deals relating to corporate re-organization, debt re-structuring and distressed assets.
- Handling corporate finance assignments, including IPO, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate advisory transactions
- Review and prepare prospectuses, announcements, circulars and related documents
- Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and HKEX
- Assist in preparing pitch books, industry financial research and analysis, identify and secure deals with new clients
They require:
- A University graduate or holder of professional qualification in Finance / Accounting / Law
- Minimum 5 years working experience at managerial level, preferably gained from reputable investment banks or professional firms
- With solid exposure and knowledge in Listing Rules, Code on Mergers and Acquisitions and relevant regulatory requirements for both PRC and HK regions
- Eligible as a Responsible Officer (RO) of the SFC registered Type 6 transactions, advising on Corporate Finance
- Strong business acumen, management skills and leadership capabilities
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is essential.
