Our PwC Corporate Value Advisory (CVA) team helps clients understand and model the value implications of growth and restructuring decisions, investment choices and commercial negotiations. The CVA service offering includes/supports;
- Value measurement - enhancing management's value position for transactions, tax and accounting through independent value measurement and opinion;
- Value enhancement - delivering improved business performance through portfolio business reviews, financial modelling, value based management and insights;
- Investment analysis - better informing key investment choices through value analytics, financial modelling and business case process.
Due to ongoing success, CVA Sydney are looking to recruit an Associate Director with a strong quantitative background to further strengthen the team's capability. As an Associate Director you join a leading and dynamic team with a strong market reputation in a senior and influential capacity. Key to your success will be your ability to identify new revenue opportunities, further strengthen existing client relationships and assist coach and develop a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery. For the right individual it presents excellent opportunity for further progression and development.
The successful candidate will have a highly analytical skill base and a valuations focus togther with strong consulting capabilities from a similar environment. Further to this a commercially astute approach to business development supported by exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to deliver the best quality result will be vitally important to building an on-going career with PwC. Finally, strong people management skills are considered fundamental to your role as a coach and mentor and will also play an integral role in further growing the team. Post-graduate qualifications such as CA/CPA, Finsia, MBA or Masters in Finance or Applied Finance will be highly regarded.
