Associate Director – Cost Management recruitment
As an Associate Director for Cost Management, you will support the development and lead delivery of the strategic development and change agenda within Group Cost Management. This currently includes the development of functional reporting, single cost view project and implementation of consistent principles across the Group
You will carry out the following:
• Lead accountability for the development and role out of a strategic solution to provide cross-group functional cost and fte data consolidation and analysis
• Lead business analyst on the development of the single cost view project, which will establish consistency and transparency in cost analysis and reporting across the group
• Development and delivery of ad-hoc cost reporting and analysis to be presented to executive level management
• Provide support to deliver on the broader team agenda and priorities
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to develop colleagues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business clusters, and retaining a good level of business awareness
Qualifications
• Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and with a commitment to attention to detail, output quality and timeliness
• Comfortable working under [INVALID-WORD]nt deadlines for senior management
• Strong commercial awareness, and quick to link high level cost strategy to business requirements
• Customer focused - constantly looking to improve service and information and finding ways to improve decision making
• Excellent business partner quality stakeholder management , with the ability to build and strengthen relationships across all organisational levels
• Inquisitive
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis roles
• Excellent use and understanding of MS products and Hyperion
