Associate Director ECM / Corporate Finance recruitment
Our client is one of Australia’s leading independent stockbroking firms. Boasting a national presence, they benefit from the firm’s strong in-house research capability and a large team of institutional and private client advisors.
Based in Sydney, you’ll be working directly alongside experienced originators with the focus of the role being around equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory services to mid-cap Australian companies and private equity firms.
This outstanding opportunity to join a large, well established and highly competitive corporate finance team requires individuals with the follow attributes experience:
- Minimum 5 years transactional experience in ECM/DCM or corporate advisory
- A track record of involvement in successful capital market transactions including initial public offerings and secondary raisings in Australia
- Strong financial analysis modelling skills
- Excellent understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
Along with outstanding interpersonal and written skills, you’ll possess excellent tertiary qualifications in a finance and/or legal discipline, with relevant post-graduate qualifications being viewed favourably.
A highly competitive salary and performance based compensation package will be available to the successful candidate.
