Associate Director, EMEA Syndications recruitment
Reporting into the head of leveraged capital markets this position will give the holder exposure to a strong deal flow.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities;
• Experience within a syndication team
• Experience of the syndication process
• A good knowledge of the EMEA corporate and leveraged markets
• Ability to produce tailored pitch books to a high standard
• Ability to analyse leveraged transactions and cashflow models
• Ability to compile teaser documents and accurately sound on individual transactions
• Ability to support and backup the deal director on managing the deal process and in dealings with internal counterparties and external clients as required
• Database management
The successful candidate will have experience of both the corporate and leveraged syndicated marketplace and ideally have an established contact base of current LBO buy-side accounts.
