Johnson Johnson is hiring an Associate Director, Enterprise Design To Value (DTV), to be located in New Jersey.

The Associate Director, Enterprise Design To Value (DTV) is responsible for providing support to the DTV organization. He or she will manage key initiatives enabling cross-sector DTV deployment. The incumbent will perform program designs, development, benchmarking, deployment, data analysis and maintenance activities in various areas of DTV. This individual will be responsible for all DTV enabling processes including identification and evaluation of internal and external DTV best practices, identification of cross-sector platform best practices to be leveraged, and development and documentation of identified DTV enabling solutions. The associate will be responsible for cross-sector training and deployment of solutions, developing and managing the DTV processes, and providing key metrics. The Associate Director, Enterprise Design To Value (DTV) will also support DTV and Enterprise Quality Strategic projects and programs including the development of web-based tools, deployment of diagnostic tools, and proving DTV portfolio management support.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business and a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in consumer, medical device, and/or pharmaceuticals is required. A graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge of Product Development, Introduction, Manufacturing of multiple technologies and distribution is required. General knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts is desired. Sound finance and project management skills are required. Black Belt certification is preferred. The ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. This individual must be a team player with the ability to interface effectively with multiple client groups. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required. Up to 25% domestic travel may be required. This position will be located in New Jersey.
