POSITION:
- Understand global equity derivative competitive landscape and execute growth strategy
- Understand and assist in development of go-to-market planning, messaging and execution for product line
- Analyze product and segment performance and help define focus areas for growth
- Help define value proposition, product applications, and penetration strategies for clients located in various geographies
- Manage BLM specific projects
- Assist in development of product portfolio business strategy
- Provide input to market adoption mechanisms (e.g., pricing, market maker programs, incentives)
- Provide subject matter expertise to support sales efforts
- Effectively leverage Research and Marketing functions in order to maximize current and potential client development strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in equity derivative sales, trading, and/or strategy development/implementation. Knowledge of Equity index options and futures required with Equity OTC product experience a plus.
- Understanding of the practical application of equity index products and strategies.
- Understanding of electronic trading platforms and algorithmic trading.
- Experience executing successful business strategies and plans.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization including senior level management.
- Well-developed business acumen and business management skills, complemented by strategic expertise and sound business judgment.
- Proven abilities to influence others and to achieve tangible business results.
- Bachelor’s degree
Travel required, 25-35%
