In this position the ideal candidate will work with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in support of the business development function and the annual budget planning, strategic planning process. Maintain continuity between budget planning and strategic planning processes. Develop dynamic financial models detailing the implications of proposed business deals and commercial operating scenarios including but not limited to discounted cash flows, internal rate of return and discounted payback. The ideal candidate will have related life sciences experience, but proven ability in other industries will be considered including demonstrated competence in:

This position, with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, provides financial guidance and counsel to the Business Development group and at times ad hoc valuation and modeling assistance to other internal business units.

Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience required. Proven analytical and conceptual abilities, communication skills including strong presentation skills, and computer expertise required. Must be a self starter capable of working independently on multiple projects.
