Associate Director – Financial Solutions – Securitisation recruitment
The role:Role is to support development of Financial Solutions business in EMEA through credit process management, transaction identification, origination and execution with particular emphasis on automotive, trade receivables, consumer and emerging markets (Africa Turkish) transactions.
Responsibilities include:
1) Assist in developing transaction opportunities through client analysis
2) Assist in credit management process (including transactional modelling) with senior team members
3) Client and third party liaison and transaction execution
4) Assist in internal transaction reporting for existing and new deals
The person:
• Knowledge of securitisation (essential)
• Knowledge of capital markets (essential)
• Project management experience (essential)
• Understanding of corporate accounts (essential)
• Experience of taking complex transactions successfully through internal credit processes (essential)
• Track record of working on true structuring MLA roles for securitisations for key bank clients (essential)
• Track record of non-vanilla non-securitisation transaction execution (desirable)
• Knowledge of other structured corporate products (desirable)
• Knowledge of corporate finance (desirable)
