Associate Director – Global Infrastructure Debt

Our established and highly successful Global Infrastructure Debt Fund is currently seeking to appoint an Associate to join in the expansion of the London office. The fund invests across a variety of infrastructure sectors including utilities, transport, power generation and, renewable energy. The role will provide an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to grow within the fund and the broader infrastructure business.
Based within our London office the successful candidate will;
- Support deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, investment appraisal and documentation.
- Have the ability to build financial models and determine the most appropriate capital structure with acceptable levels of debt and equity.
- Perform in-depth research and have a broad understanding of the risks and of potential investments.
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms with other debt providers and equity sponsors.
- Assist in the identification of opportunities and prepare and present investment papers to the investment committee.
- Support portfolio management for each investment.
Candidates will ideally be degree qualified from a reputable institution and have at least 3-5 years’ experience from a top tier investment bank or private equity firm specialising in infrastructure project finance, MA, corporate finance or investment. You will be a critical thinker and have very strong financial modelling and analysis skills. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills are a must as well as the ability to confidently interact with senior management, investors and peers.
