Associate Director – Identity and Access Management recruitment
Poolia Operational Risk and Compliance Division are currently recruiting for an Associate Director - Identity and Access Management/ Logical Access Management on behalf of a well-known and highly respected banking group.
Overall Job Purpose:
- To manage the Logical Access Management Team (Identity and Access Management) for Group Centre
- Ensure that LAM control activity is performed for all business critical applications within Group Centre in line with Group metrics.
- Manage and support the strategic LAM tools on behalf of Group Centre
- Supporting the remediation programme from a LAM perspective.
- The role will require the response to ad-hoc requests from the Project Managers and consultancy type queries and requests from the BEAM standards reviews undertaken by sourcing.
The ideal candidate will have strong Identity and Access management experience, be strategic in thinking as well as able to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
