Poolia Operational Risk and Compliance Division are currently recruiting for an Associate Director- Information Risk Manager on behalf of a well-known and highly respected banking group.
The main purpose of this role will be focussed around strategy and governance, ensuring that Information/data across the business is managed correctly and effectively. You will also be involved in the following:

- Collaborating with the Cluster and Business Unit IRM Teams, and providing guidance on how to embed requirements.
- Working with Cluster and Business Unit IRM Teams to identify and define MI reporting requirements, produce periodic risk reporting, internal assessments and external attestations.
- Leading period information risk reviews with Group IRM and the business.
- Identifying and assessing key information risks and issues across the group, escalating as appropriate.
- Leading a risk based assurance programme to monitor compliance against policy and standards, including specific testing activities as required.
- Acting as a point of reference for IRM related queries across the Group and actively building relationships.
- Managing education and awareness initiatives to meet legal and regulatory requirements, and to promote good information risk management practice across the Group.
