Associate Director, Internal and Executive Communications
As an Associate Director, Communications, you will be responsible for the development and execution of complex, multi-dimensional communications initiatives. This will include planning of comprehensive programs to ensure that information is delivered to all BIPI and BI US employees in order to drive increased employee engagement. As a result of the programs you develop, employees wil have an understanding of company business goals and strategies, the organization will continuously improve employee engagement and ultimately enhance productivity.
- Successfully manage and execute employee and/or leadership communications strategies in support of BI US or BIPI with peers, senior leaders and other stakeholders across businesses and disciplines. Manage the planning and execution of projects and communications, adhering to and managing deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Assist with the review of communication materials including scheduling, editing and facilitating the final release of communications materials.
- Assist in the selection and management of freelancers and agencies to maximize timelines, team efficiency in achieving key milestones and an outstanding communication work product.
- Responsible for supporting the Director and ED in the management and successful execution of communications strategies and related tactics for employee and/or leader initiatives and events.
- Team lead for developing content (strategy, planning, timing and execution) of BIPI and BI-US internal portal website so that content retains the two central criteria of achieving business relevance while generating reader interest.
- Provide guidance and counsel on employee and leadership communications needs to peers and key constituents within the organization. This includes planning, implementation and tactics.
- As needed, assists in managing communications issues when they arise, in order to minimize business interruptions and protect the company and brand reputations by identifying and planning for issues, as well as assisting with managing the issues, team and related sources.

Qualifications
- BS with a minimum 5 years experience in public relations, communications or marketing, journalism or other related degree with at least three years in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong writing and editing skills including expertise in ensuring clear, concise and cohesive communications
- Effective team player.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
