Associate Director, Jr. Portfolio Manager, New York, New York. Conduct financial analysis of the Bank's global loan exposures in the Corporate Structured Finance ("CSF") areas. Use accounting, deal portfolio financial data mgt systems to assess credit, market, liquidity regulatory risk to bank of current proposed transactions. Conduct portfolio analysis focusing on promoting efficient capital usage, future portfolio development conformity w/business risk strategy. Develop portfolio performance indicators methods to assess regional industry sector based loan portfolios. Conduct client relationship return analyses support shortfall pool tracking monthly reporting. Contribute to the development of a strd platform to support Active Credit Portfolio Management (ACPM) activities incl inflow steering, portfolio analysis, business planning, sector analysis, new business opinion development, future sector trends identification, portfolio optimization monitoring. Apply ACPM sector regional portfolio segmentation to CSF loan portfolio analyze structured finance product features. Develop maintain relationships to support CSF business unit teams to facilitate portfolio analysis. Support business planning budgeting. Requirements: Masters in Business Admin or Finance + three (3) years of experience as Auditor, Financial Analyst, or related in investment industry. Full term of experience must include using accounting, deal portfolio financial data mgt systems to assess credit, market, liquidity regulatory risk for complex banking institutions.
