Associate Director M&A Corporate Finance – $70 – $80k Retail recruitment
The Role
The key responsibilities for the position are to be heavily involved in planning, evaluation and execution of strategic acquisitions, capital markets, JV’s and investment opportunities. You will be required to produce valuation models in order to build cases and provide information for senior management as well as managing market information databases to help drive strategic decision making. You will also be expected to lead and mentor a team as well leading some post-deal integration projects as well.
The Individual
It is essential you are a degree qualified with a chartered accountancy qualification. In addition to that you must have 5 – 7 years MA/Corporate finance experience from either investment banks or private equity businesses.
