Associate Director, Marketing recruitment

Internal Communications

• Craft positioning and core messages for wealth solutions for HNWIs

• Develop and distribute relevant materials (brochures, presentations, product notes, FAQs, flyers)

• Ensure information on segment solutions is accessible across multiple channels internally (morning meetings, email, intranet, product training packs etc)

External Communications

• Work with SCB approved vendor to design, produce and publish product collateral for external use (presentations, brochures, fact sheets, client letter templates, electronic direct mailers, articles, media / press releases)

• Ensure product information is accessible and can be easily communicated across all external channels available (client website, sales teams, email, direct mailing, client reports and statements)

• Support information needs for clients and communicate relevant updates to sales teams

Education

• In conjunction with Product Manager, Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers

odevelop and implement sales and marketing activities / initiatives to increase investment solutions knowledge and drive appropriate sales behavior

odevelop investment solutions education materials for use with clients

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all client related communications are in compliance with the legal position of the bank and are in line with our TCF Principles

• Ensure approval / buy in from local legal compliance for all documents is in place

• Ensure all internal and external documentation is properly filed, logged and tracked internally for audit purposes

• Participate in related internal meetings, seek feedback from key stakeholders, and provide input on areas and opportunities for improvement

• Assist in the documentation of processes related to Segment Solutions Marketing

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Prior extensive work experience with HNWI-related products and services

• Prior experience in marketing and communication of wealth management solutions, preferably in the private banking arena

• Strong project management skills

• Proven copywriting ability; Ability to express key messages in clear, concise and easy to understand business language
