Associate Director of Nursing: Night Duty

Lyndoch Living offers a diverse range of services including a 198 bed Residential Aged Care Facility in the beachside town of Warrnambool in Victoria.
Lyndoch Living is currently seeking to fill a part time Registered Nurse / ADON ND position. This position is recognised as a key member of the nursing team who assists in operationalising the core values of the organisation.
This position supports excellence in clinical practice and resident care outcomes by providing leadership, knowledge and skill in order to achieve high standards of nursing practice and associated customer satisfaction.
The ADON ND is also responsible for effective
management of resources, coordinating
first response to emergency situations,
team cohesiveness, clinical problem solving, management of complaints and coordination of resident transfer, discharge and admission.
Knowledge and experience in Residential Aged Care and Health Administration would be advantageous.
