Associate Director of Strategy recruitment
Tier 1 Bank has identified a need for a talented Associate Director of Strategy to join their team of ex Consultants (From McKinsey, Bain, BCG etc). This team are responsible for developing fact-based insights to support key strategic objectives throughout the organisation. You will be assigned to specific work stream within a project, and are responsible for producing the analysis to support the project team's recommendations, Presenting data analysis and corresponding insight in highly professional format, emphasizing clarity of logic and simplicity of communication and you will also be involved in the build and execution of analytical models required to test project-specific hypotheses. This role would suit someone who has gained experience in a Consulting/Advisory team that is responsible for large scale strategic input. Ideally you will have furthered your initial degree (Equivalent) with another business accreditation/degree (ACA, MBA, MSc / Equivalent) and you will also have experience within Financial Services.
