Associate Director, Operational Risk
The team partners with the technology, operations and infrastructure to maintain and further develop a clear and consistent framework to assist them in identifying, measuring and managing their operational risk exposure. As a crucial member of the team, the AD will be responsible for providing thought leadership around capital calculations, develop/enhance KRIs and help the business understand the changes that need to be made in order to be compliant with regulatory standards.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelors Degree, an is MBA preferred. Must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in operational risk with knowledge of technology and FX products. As this is a front facing position, candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to help drive change.
