In our Transaction Advisory group, you'll help clients achieve their strategic objectives, whether they are acquiring or divesting, restructuring or embarking on a joint venture. We are a team of management consultants dedicated to advising Australia's leading organisations with commercial and operational due diligence, synergy identification assessment, post merger integration or carve-out support and benefits realisation. As an Associate Director you will play a pivotal role within this team of industry leaders who provide comprehensive advice to a portfolio of blue chip clients. You'll lead project teams as they assist a diverse client base with post-transaction integration or separation planning and execution, and you'll develop and maintain client relationships and look for opportunities to expand your portfolio.
