Associate Director, Operations recruitment

We are presently seeking an Associate Director to join the Ratings Operations Team for the purpose of redesigning global processes. The Associate Direcor is a critical member of the team who will coordinate the Central Process Vision Program.

Essential Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Under the direction of Director of Operations and working closely with project teams, plan and implement process and operational changes across ratings businesses.

· Create and Improve process metrics for ratings businesses to track process transformations

· Analyze and document current business operating processes and recommend areas of improvement (reliability and efficiency)

Skills

Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:

• Broad and detailed knowledge of how organization operates and ability to recognize opportunities that require integration, mobilization, and coordination of disparate expertise to pursue those opportunities.
• Experience in advanced BPM skills, knowledge of Process Mapping and Six Sigma/DMAIC
• Experience in project management and working in a regulated industry.
• Broad exposure to the capital markets and financial services industry.
• Ability to work effectively within the organization's complex decision making and organizational structures.
• Highly-developed communications skills, both oral and written.
• Comprehensive understanding of business management, including marketing, finance, administration, technology, staff development and operations.
• Must be articulate, confident, calm under pressure, and possess strong influencing and change management skills.
• Skilled in conducting research, gathering a variety of internal and external information and synthesizing this information into a cohesive, concise analysis.
• Strong Technical Skills (Excel; PowerPoint, Business Objects) Relevant writing skills (Processes, Procedures, Activity Reports) etc.
