Associate Director- Project Management/Emerging Markets recruitment

Associate Director (Financial Services Team), to oversee the portfolio of emerging markets in conjunction with Member companies

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage multi-stakeholder projects and generate strategic dialogue and insights with various constituent groups
Supervise specific project work streams and a team of project managers, by setting goals, managing milestones, designing and executing project-related sessions/workshops, and adhering to timelines while ensuring high-quality output on time and cost
Manage external community relationships related to the project portfolio, by building relationships with high profile leaders for interviews, research, and workshop participation
Coordinate in-house resources, including managing relationships and communication with project advisers
Review and ensure high standards of quality for major studies and work products, by promoting cross-house collaboration

Ideal Candidate:

Strong project management and relationships building skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and business excellence, proven interest in global affairs
Broad intellectual background - Master's degree from a leading university
Deep understanding of key strategic financial issues in emerging markets (financial system, development, financial access for the unbanked and underserved, and infrastructure finance)
Outstanding project management skills and demonstrated project management experience
Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other language with excellent communication skills
Experience in the emerging markets preferred
