Associate Director recruitment

My Clients are looking for an experienced Associate Director in Equipment Finance to join their experienced and succesful team in Perth, Western Australia.
 

This role comes with a salary of up to $150k plus super plus Car, Phone and Laptop and bonus.

The role will be -

• Develop sales strategies and manage internal key stakeholders

• Maximise returns and secure new clients

• Self-generation of new business opportunities via direct marketing (i.e. cold calling), industry networking and cross selling between all  businesses / divisions

• Establish strategic account plans for major prospects in the identified strikezone, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times

• Achieve annual performance targets

• Ensure an environment of measurement, tracking and publishing of results against business goals

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Planning and execution of lead generation practices. Importantly a minimum level of cold calling is a fundamental and measured requirement

• Ability to originate, structure, present and close a value proposition which differentiates  from its competitors

• Strong financial acumen competency and ability to converse with the CFO’s

• Prospect engagement, primarily via visitation and direct contact

• Engage risk and business support in the sales process to deliver solutions to prospects whilst delivering quality investment opportunities. Ensure all risk requirements are adhered to

• Achieve assigned advances, fees yield targets for New Sales across relevant products

• Work closely with counterparts to ensure that all best practices are shared and implemented

• Assist in the maintenance of sales activity metrics for control of sales activities and awareness of trends (Salesforce)

• Comply with all training and compliance requirements

• Engage risk and business support in the sales process to deliver solutions to customers whilst delivering quality investment opportunities.

• Work with Fleet representatives to maximise Sales opportunities/penetration

• Proactively support Cross Selling program across the businesses

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Established record of originating, structuring and closing opportunities

• Strong financial acumen competency with an ability to communicate at the CFO level

• Business to business sales, focusing on prospect target markets

• Strong communication presentation skills

• Execution focused

• Team player with ability to lead by example

• Decisive, with the ability to make sound decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience and good judgment

• Sound understanding of legal issues relating to various forms of domestic documentation required in operating lease and finance lease transactions

• Demonstration of the Growth Values at all times

• Current Driver’s license

• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

QUALIFICATIONs

Bachelor of Business / Economies / Accounting or an equivalent

• CPA / ACA highly regarded
