An opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Associate Director with a sound Securitisation background. This role is based in Melbourne and requires strong experience and network.
The role consists of:
- taking responsibility for the structuring of transactions for clients involving some level of client facing activity
- assuming a significant level of responsibility for the execution of transactions
- preparing term sheets and credit papers for each transaction
- Guiding transactions through the credit and legal process
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships to tight time lines in order to meet client expectations and deal deadlines
Essential skills, qualifications and competencies:
- Familiar with the presentation and pitching of product ideas to clients.
- Direct experience working in structured finance/securitisation
- Co-ordination of resources across multiple client engagements.
- Strong credit analysis, research and technical background
- Technical knowledge in modelling, credit analysis, legal, tax and/or accounting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- a self starter that knows how to get things done
