Associate Director – Social Housing
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and co-ordinating debt advisory activity and transactions
- Preparing and presenting pitches and reports to clients
- Preparing financial modelling and analysis
- Producing client briefings notes and analysis
- Advising clients on wider fundraising activities
- Conducting treasury advisory services for clients
- Loan and derivative valuation and restricting
- Liaison with other team members on transactions where necessary
Required:
- Treasury, debt advisory or corporate finance experience
- Housing association experince is preferable
- Communication with senior level executives and client boards through client pitches and mandate execution
- Good knowledge of transaction processes including the documents involved
- Understanding of financial markets and accounts
- Knowledge of relevant regulations preferred, both financial services and housing assocations
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills

- Strong modelling skills - LBO, project finannce, cashflow, treasury service models
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Project management/organisational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly numerate
