Associate Director, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Supply Chain Management and Trade services (International Large Corp & Public Sector) recruitment
RESPONSIBILITY
- Working closely with Relationship Managers, responsible for developing and selling a wide range of tailored trade and cash management solutions primarily to Hong Kong based corporate customers
- Drive significant trade and cash revenue and product sales targets by using a consultative sales approach
- Liaise with Implementation, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and other technical teams to ensure high quality delivery throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and manage trade and cash product utilization
- Provide inputs to Product Management on customer needs, trends market intelligence and assist in new product development.
- Raise the profile of the bank and ensure an increase in the Bank’s overall presence in the trade and cash business.
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with excellent solid relevant commercial banking experience, preferably in trade product sales
- Good understanding of the banking systems and operations
- Solid product knowledge on Transaction Banking including Cash Management, Supply Chain Management and Trade services
- Must have relevant commercial experience in sales and relationship management with corporate clients
- Experienced, good analytical capabilities and presentation skills
- Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarins preferred
