Associate Director, Transactional Execution
An exciting and very challenging position has become available within the Transaction Execution team supporting Global Corporates, within Commercial Banking for a leading UK Bank.
The Transaction Execution Team supports Global Corporates' Relationship teams for all their credit related and other complex documentation requirements. The role offers the responsibility for running a team of 5 who comprise a desk responsible for documenting all Global Corporates' clients uncommitted facility letters and dealing with security instructions and queries. The successful incumbent will negotiate documentation points; crucial for the way the bank manages its risk in deals at the large ticket end of the corporate market.
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of ISDA and LMA documentations, and have knowledge on how syndicate loans work. They will have experience of negotiating and executing documentation, which is compliant with credit/risk sanction and bank and regulatory policy, while preparing credit/risk proposals to seek approval for any material non-standard terms or documentation/credit policy exceptions.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop their leadership and technical skills within the Investment Grade market.
