Responsibilities:
You will be managing a team of more than 20 staff to develop and implement key strategies for Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives Operations. You will be responsible for all operations activity including BAU, Change and Business Support that are related to the flow and structured Rates and Credit business. You will also need to maintain highest control standards, including zero operational losses and compliance with regulatory targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a relevant degree (or higher) and comes with at least 10 years relevant Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives Operations experience. A detailed understanding of Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives products (both flow and structured) is a must. You need to be strategic and resourceful, with good communications skills.
