Associate Director/Director, Corporate Finance, Kazakhstan recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Leading Corporate Finance Advisory projects including strategy, service offering, marketing, business development and delivery;
• strategic development service line, including initiation of new services and product offerings to clients;
• development and maintenance of relationships that bring in business;
• management of a network of sources and contacts;
• anticipation and management of future resource requirements;
• supervision and development of managers and junior staff;
• maintain a high performing team, focus on quality, integrity and delivery;
• deal effectively with engagement and service line risk management.
Requirements:
• Higher education in finance or economics;
• ACCA or CFA qualification is desirable, possibly – MBA degree;
• work experience of not less than 8-10 years in corporate finance (MA, Financing or Valuation) in investment bank, financial conglomerate, CF practice of a Big 4 firm or large corporation, large cap advisory firm;
• sound track record;
• well-established reputation on the market;
• experience of managing project teams;
• excellent command of English, desirably Russian or Kazakh;
• ability to establish instant credibility and make quick, accurate judgments of facts or character;
• ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and various circumstances;
• an enquiring and creative mind, strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills;
• drive and creative problem solving.
