Associate Director/Fixed Income Dealer recruitment
The successful candidate will utilise their existing experience and knowledge of the Fixed Income Market and Products to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients with the objective of growing the client base and maximizing revenue. They will be looking to strengthen their already well-established proven client relationship and business development skills in an organisation that nurtures a culture of high achievement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a sales/business plan to distribute fixed income products to the WA market in conjunction with Director of Sales.
• Assist in Developing and promoting the FIIG Securities brand in WA
• Achieve revenue target
• Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up in a consistent and professional manner.
• Forward planning and organisation of regular presentations to clients
• Monitor and record valuable client details in the sales database
• Identify and relate opportunities for revenue streams, product development and personnel for FIIG in WA
• Grow and manage a portfolio of clients
• Strong communication skills
• Develop at strong network of clients and professional investment groups
Key Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Fixed Income
• Proven ability to generate revenue in a similar role
• RG146 qualified
• Outstanding communication skills
• Outstanding relationship management skills
