Our client is a top US/ European/ Asian investment firm, with significant $multi billion under management.
One of their most successful areas has been distressed debt and restructuring investing. They identify companies or special situations which, with investment or restructure, can turn into profitable suitautions.
They are now looking to add an associate, who will work on the execution of investments in distressed companies, turnaround situations and corporate restructuring investments. The role would involve credit analysis, financial analysis, modelling, deal structuring, investment appraisal and asset management.
They are interested in meeting professionals from the restructuring teams of the major investment bank or accounting firms, or other similar teams of funds or restructuring advisors. They may well have a chartered accountancy background. Candidates should ideally have a strong understanding of high yield debt, leverage, credit, workouts, turnaround and insolvency.
