Associate – Distressed Real Estate Investing recruitment
Our client is a leading private equity fund, who are now looking to add an associate to their distressed debt group. This team acquires assets at undervalue where they think that there is a real possibility of an increase in value through restructure, investment or turnaround.
They are looking to add an associate to this team, who will specifically focus on investments in the real estate sector. The role will therefore work on financial analysis, covenant analysis, debt and restructruing analysis, valuing, scenario modelling, investment appraisal.
We are interested in meeting candidates from the tier one investment banks who will have a background in distressed advisory, leveraged finance or restructuring. Candidates may have an MBA and probably offer between 3- 5 years experience. You will probably have strong real estate experience although this not essential if you have a real interest in the sector.
