Job description
An Associate Division Order Analyst coordinates daily workload, processes timely and accurately routine administrative/accounting transactions and all related tasks given by more experienced accounting professionals and/or management. They ensure the delivery of a high quality product. Recommend improvements to existing procedures processes.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in business or office environment
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 1 year experience in fundamental skills in interpreting deeds, probates, and assignments and updating ownership records in Tobin Domain
- At least 1 year experience in Tobin Land Suite and SAP
- Basic knowledge in Division Order administrative duties and basic ownership maintenance
