Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on the firm's target companies or industries.
- Perform various comprehensive modeling and valuation in analyzing and performing due diligence on potential investments
- Assists in deal sourcing, negotiation and executing deals
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from top tier university
- At least 2 years of experience gained from Consulting firm, IB, principal investing and private equity
- Outstanding modeling and analytical skills is a pre-requisite
- Excellent command in verbal and written Chinese Mandarin and English is a must
- Familiarity with Chinese business practices is required
