Key responsibilities

Initial review of investment opportunities and recommendations to Portfolio Managers. Joint selection (with Portfolio Managers) of investment opportunities to pursue
To analyse market data, due diligence reports, business plans and feasibility of achieving financial projects through modelling techniques, including preparation of models or review of models prepared by Analysts
Relative value analysis of investment opportunities
Responsible for the preparation of investment memoranda and for presentation to Credit Committee of the management company of the CLOs and Debt Funds
Review of loan documentation under the supervision of a Portfolio Manager or Director
Maintain a working knowledge of developments and products in the Leveraged Finance sector in general and in the CLO market in particular
Support as part of a team assigned for marketing and origination of potential investors in CLOs and Debt Funds including preparation of pitches
Ensure that SG’s Compliance Rules and Credit Policies are adhered to
To take responsability in the training of Analysts
To take charge of specific development projects.

Level of authority

Work under the direct supervision of Portfolio Manager.
Member of the Credit Committee of the management company of the CLOs and Debt Fund.
