Pensions Law : Human Resources (Employment Pensions) Lawyer Birmingham 6+ PQE to Director

This is a role for a joint employment and pensions lawyer to advise on the full range of legal HR issues and to take a lead role in team management and business development.
Clients are corporate and trustee as well as advising actuarial and other financial advisors. Advice will include workplace consultation, TUPE and pensions, high earners and pensions taxation, 2012 workplace pension reform; benefit provision beyond normal retirement age; discrimination and benefits; salary sacrifice; pension scheme restructuring; defined benefit liability solutions, including section 75 management,
