Associate, Energy Investments – Global Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is a significant bulge bracket private equity fund. They are one of the all time most successful investors, and have backed a significant number of LBO and MBO deals. The fund has international operations, and are now looking to add an associate to their oil, gas and energy group.
The role will work alonside the VPs and Directors on the execution of deals in the oil industry, energy, renewables and power space. They tend to focus on significant mid - senior level deals, and look for exceptionally managed business.
We are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:
- Exceptional 2 or 3 year analyst/ 1st year associate level candidates
- It is likely that you will work for a tier one investment bank
- Your experience should be in mergers and acquisitions, project or leveraged finance.
- Your sector experience must include oil and gas, renewable energy, power
- You must possess a real interest in the oil and gas sector, and an absolute fascination with working on deals in this space.
