Associate – Energy Investments, Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client is one of the top performing global private equity firms. They are now looking to add an Associate to their team based in London, to focus on oil and gas, renewables and energy investments.
The role will focus on the following:
Assisting in targeting and evaluating new investment opportunities
Financial modelling/ LBO modelling to assess the sanctity of investments
Assess potential investments through financial modeling and company/industry research;
Planning and completion of due diligence;
Working in conjunction with advisors (legal, technical, market etc) to execute transactions
Monitor and assist in the management of existing portfolio companies
Suggested Requirements:
Analyst (3) to Associate (2) with tier one investment bank or equivalent level with a private equity firm
Oil, gas, energy experience
Strong deal sheet with buy and sell side experience
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
